Dragon Adoption - Artist Trading Cards Riders
The Riders of Ellanora are a varied folk.....
The Galten:

Galtens are small folk with flat noses. Although they are small in size, they are excellent dragon trainers who are fearless folk. There feet are large for the size of their bodies giving them firm footing on the back of a dragon while flying. They thus never sit on the back of a dragon. They seem themselves to all races in Ellanora and are not afraid of a challenged battle.
The Harven:
The Harvens are a race of dark skined elves. They posses a strong ability to manipulate magic through herbs. As long as they have a plenty supply of the correct herbs, they are able to supply and perform an unlimitied supply of magic. They are a tropical people preferring to live near the top of Ellanora where the great desert is.
The Quaten:

Cousins of the Harven, the Quaten are a race of pale eleves. Unlike the the Harvens, they cannot mannipulate magic through herbs. They can however, have a natural magical energy that can be used for short periods of a time. After exerting their energy, they must preform a ritual to restore their magical energy. This ritual has been said to look like a tai chi exercise. It requires peace of mind - something that is not readily available in battle leaving them at a disadvantage.
Although the Harven and the Quaten were once enemies, they are now close friends. But they will still squabble over who is the better magician...
The Raiden:
The Raiden look relatively like a human from the waist up. However, the Raiden have strong powerful legs that resemble a panthers shape. They do not possess a tail but their legs are covered in a fine close-knit hair. They are intelligent and fast. Their eye site is excellent. They are a humble race that does generally not like to be in the lime-light.
The Ferrien:

If one had to describe this race, they would say that they were a cross between the human and the dwarf. Although not as short as the dwarf, the Ferrien have similar characteristics including thick skin, hair and a rough nature. Their huge lungs and sturdy legs make them excellent swimmers. One should never be afraid around water when accompanied by a Raiden. Although they are tough, they are a friendly folk and is one of the races that gets on well with the others.
The Human:
...... Well rather like yourself really.....
